here is what i believe it is;

1- Its a positive eligibility review complete letter. 2- so that means your points and all JD related matters are on safe side. 3- 6-12 months wait reduces the number of case status inquiries they get which will increase their rssource utilization time of case processings. 4- they have to put many of us on hold since they have limited quotas and M2 and M3 have a priority on M1 applicants. 5- they are rejecting cases by dozens so probably only about 50% of M1 applicants will be actively processed post intial review completion by next month i.e. june, 2012.

M1 cases will in my point of views start getting medical requests from july-sep 2012. they will do it FIFO way so all applicants who submitted docs to VOs in 2008 or 2009 will get probably get medicals this year and 2010 full doc submissions in first/second quarter of 2013... just my hyposthesis....pray for u all.

Hi Seniors & Qorax,

I just talked to my local MP and he inquired from Visa Office that my file is still on routine background checks, which I'm hearing from last August 2011. Here's my timeline.

Application received at CIC: 15 April 2011
AOR: 26 May, 20122 by email
Got RCMP request at 26 June, 2011 did it and send 28th June, 2011 electronically
After that I can only see my ecas as RBVO :(

MP told me, you need to wait for upto a year to so, it might processed earlier, only you need to do is the patience unless you receive any update from your visa office.

Now desperately thinking to order my GCMS notes, is it a good idea or not?

I'm on work permit and having FSW category 2.

Please advise and share the experience with the same time line or VO.

THanks,
Nadeem

Hi,

1. No property valuation can be shown as POF. You can show amount in a bank, in security company, in a finance co which is readily encashable. Even your encumbered assets like provident fund can also be shown as POF.

2. Yes, it will serve the purpose. But its possible to issue a birth certificate though I am not sure about the procedures in Pak

it most likely will pose a challenge but only at the point of your visa issuance. Most embassies and immigration now insist on machine readable passports. I suggest you apply for a passport renewal, you then attach teh old passport to the new passport at the point of PPR.

hi there, do you think if I were to switch to new machine readable pp now, the CIC might ask for updated PPCs as the ones submitted already have my current PP No. what do you think?

mY CASE LIES IN MI-1 (Ministerial Instructions 1 - Prejune 2010) asi applied in 2009 Aug

and have got the medical isued 22 feb 2012 (recived by me on 28 feb), (med done 16 march and recived by VO 26 march 2012), that means MI-1 alos getting medicals

Agreed azmatgaad,

I also got MR dated 8-2-12. That means things are in motion.

Thanks

Imran
