First of all, according to Guidance for DMP, the DMP should not disclose any results of check-up and therefore should not explain reasons for additional check-up (unless it is just technical, like you said a scratch or something). But, my son's X-ray was perfect. They did not do any extra X-ray, and both doctors exclamatory said "Why they ask for additional check-up?! You are quite healthy!"
They only reason I can think of is the the picture of son on the medical form was not a very good one. Emphasizing dark circles around his eyes making him like he is sick, and his weight is lower then calculated relatively to his height.

No visa yet, probably because Beijing office is out of visas till the end of April. So, I am sure we will get visas sometime shortly after April. It was the same with the other canadavisa applicants in Beijing visa office - medicals in October, visas next Summer.

Dear Qorax,

Senior members also are welcome to give their feedbacks :-)

Need your opinion on Security clearance issue,... I have been required by CEM to submit several Police Clearance Certificate.
Actually 2 PCC, one is FBI clearance/cert, the other is Kuwait PCC.
I received already my FBI cert.(about 9 weeks waiting) but Kuwait PCC is quite long wait,
it's almost 3months waiting time and our 2month extension deadline is approaching.

Would our application be affected if submitted without Kuwait PCC? Or would it be nice to advice CEM or VO to submit it partially?

Your feedback/opinion is highly appreciated :-)

Bunch of thanks to those who will give their feedback & valuable info. :D :D ;)

In the guide 7000, it is said about PCC:

Note. We strongly recommend that you submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, please note that if your application is placed into processing you must be ready to submit them to the visa office when requested.

As you are unable now to submit PCC from Kuwait, give a prayer to VO with explanations. I am afraid, it may delay your processing.

A friend of mine could not get two certificates: India (Consulate said something like it should be sent to local police station, which is not realistic) and Kazakhstan (Consulate said that they don't give PCC to foreigners :o ;D ) . I personally managed to get PCC from Kazakhstan (sent a power of attorney to a friend who was travelling there by chance). My friend couldn't, but wrote explanation and it was accepted by VO.

Thank you very much deba_avik! for attending my enquiries... Actually our Medical exams was done already last Dec.28,2011.
And with these Police Clearance Cert. (PCC) our applications got delayed already... as my wife & I are about to submit RPRF and our Medical Results have been received already by CEM or VO at Manila.

It is taking too long because of the Kuwait PCC.. I noticed those were done their Medicals last November, December and even January are receiving their PPR already in Manila Visa Office.

Right now Im quite hesitant if going to submit the remaining requirements without the Kuwait PCC.

Guys.. I really appreciate your advice & feedbacks.. ;) :D

P.S.
I am under Ministerial Instruction I - PRE June 2010..thnks!

Thanks. I am contemporary to you as I already shared my detail in the signature and profile info. I believe you should send the other things which you have already managed. Don't try to cross the deadline. If you believe, you can collect Kuait PCC by this time, you can wait, otherwise not. If you are not able to collect within the time they allowed, you write clearly in Cover letter by what period you will be able to send. Hope it will work. Best of luck!!!

what comes first?

1 - background checks
