I mean should I send them photo copy of my old application or new application form printed from there website ?

New means updated application , all latest application from website , fill it sign it date it and make sure all information be the same as before.

If one of them is 'part-time' and beyond 36.5hrs/week - he needn't update his IO with it.

I got an email saying that your file is awaiting review by an IO . Bckground checks seems to be complete.

Now what does this email mean .. its been over 5 months since medical.

FSW/Medical done Aug 2011. London visa office. Applied March 2011.

Ur file is in queue... that's one of the ways of telling u to wait for ur turn.

l was in process on 16-11-2011 then on 12-12-2011 london office request sechedule form application and stated that they will issue medicals when they receive my update application and give me 30 days ,i sent the documents and received on 22-12-2011 and till this moment i did not receive any medical by the way i sent inquiry and the reply was with stanard response but the signature in email was klh medical division and services ,why they state they will issue medicals and till now not received please share your opinion thanks

-Ur Paper-screening has been done & points calculated.
-U r generally accepted to have 67, however it is yet subject to reconfirmation.
-On 23/11/11 ur file was sent for assessment by SNA.
-On 28/11/11 he pulled-it-up for possible Interview Questionnaire.
-As of 23/12/11 ur file is waiting for issuance of an interview letter.


the above facts are related to my processing as per my caips note interpreted by you (qorax) . now my questions are as follows

how long time does the letter take to come from VO for interview?
how safe am I as per this case processing trend ?
What is SNA?
is the interview certain for me as per caips note or it could be telephonic interview?

pls i was asked by CHC Ghana to send additional documents in November 2011 after sending my full package in Aug 2010 .

i sent the additional documents in Dec 2011 and i got a line " we have reviewed your application and we have started processing on Jan 30th 2012"


please When do you think i can receive my Medical Request ??? and how long do you think i can still wait to collect this PPR??

people talk about verification, back ground checks etc...

here is a story of two people i am very close too.

my friend who was in dubai had applied through Pakistan since he had left the country forever to Pakistan, after he lost his job here...but he LIED about his work experience education and yet got his visa, he is there for over 1 and half now, another friend Filipino work friend..!! did the same and is there for over 2 years...

now the difference is they had lied about the old companies and not the new one's but didn't get any checks...!!!

is it possible that they don't check the old companies?

i would like to apply but have less number of years in this field.

Last week, my status turned to real In Process with processing date of 30th January, 2012. Before that, I send a CSQ to NDVO in the first week of Jan-12. Today, I got following reply from the visa office:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

Your application is currently awaiting review by a visa officer. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be advised accordingly."

Does this mean that VO acknowledges that they have started processing my application? Kindly provide your inputs.

I don't think anyone here would encourage you to follow the same path of your friends. My advice to you, never lie to the visa office. There is always a big chance that you might be banned from canada if you misrepresent your information.

I got the following reply yesterday. for mother sponsorship with dependents we have not get the medical yet. Background checks has over? Can you please tell me what will be the next step. One of my brother had issue with his degree, and in Nov-2010 we send the verification letter from universtity with all necessary documents, Now it is 15 months for those proof. I got the caispnotes in Aug-2011 which i am copying below. I did the MP enquiry too in Nov-2011.

AOR from VO : 8 Feb 2012
In my AOR letter they wrote as follow:

We received your application on so and so date .....like that after that.
"Processing time
Applications for permanent residence in Canada in the category that you have applied to,
require an average of 10 months to process at this office. If you have not received any
instructions from this office 6 months after you submitted your full application, you are
requested to contact this office directly

Is that common sentence or I have to submit documents again because once i have submited my full application to cio than they issue PER.so the question is ,Is that common word or what should i do.
