Ive received my notes and i want some guidance in its reading as below:
Eligibility passed
Criminality passed
Medical in process ( i have done it in 12/1 and the notes generated in 13/1)
Securrity:
Mispresentation:
HIRV:
Org criminal:
Other req:
Final:
Wat do all of that mean ??
I dont understand if they left something like mispresentation or security blank tht means they are done or in process

The missing is the parts of security check, it's too early for it and they didn't start them yet.

I have received my GCMS notes and investigated something. My AOR was on 19 nov, they started processing my application on dec 02. Same day they started reviewing eligibility, criminality, meds and something called "other reqs". Meds and other reqs completed right away, eligibility updated to "not started" and criminality is in progress. Security updated on dec 06 and states "not started". Criminality updated on dec 15 and shows completed. So far from dec 15 no updates, eligibility and security shows "not started" (notes were requested on dec 21). It means my application is still in CIO, but I see some update for jan 13. It states the following:

APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT
Assigned to: RC-9515
Assigned by: GJ01140
Due date: 2016/01/13

So far I found out that RC-9515 is ottawa office. Does that mean they are ready to transfer my file to Ottawa already? it doesn't make sense as I thought they send application from CIO to secondary offices only after background checks are done.

There are no changes in the due date too..my visa office is Warsaw.my assigned to and assigned by visa officer is also same. What could be the reason?

Still no update on MR. Can you tell me what's going on? And when can I expect Next updates?

Also in my notes section its clearly mentioned they have no apparent concerns with my file.
But please could you let me know what's "EDE x SP" required is mentioned in one of my notes. Can you please let me know what exactly is EDE?

Well EDE stands for Excessive Demand Exempt. SP = must be referred to the object, most probably Spouse but not sure. EDE is related to Medical. Have you been to Medical Exam? Might be it says that everything is cleared and they need to check your Medical Conditions for the final approval of your application.

Thanks Vedette for your inputs on my file. But am yet to receive my medical instructions and its been over a year since I applied for FSW2014. My application date was 15/12/2014.
And my processing date is 20/05/2014. Still no further instructions..

You said your FBI PCC reached in last week of December. Give them atleast 2 months to review the results of PCC and your Criminality will be passed and hopefully in 2 to 4 weeks you will receive MR.

I have received GCMS notes last week. there are some spaces which they blanked and same pages it is written right on top S 16 (1)(c). please help me to understand what is S 16 (1)(c) and is there anything to worry ? Prior that I have been asked to submit NTN of company where I am employed which I supplied them in August 2015. now I received notes with 16(1)(c). By the way I haven't received any verification call. anyone please
