what is your suggestion for me at this stage??

you think I will be remedical or any chance to receive my passport request during this month?

I got my medical request and request to pay my RPRF on 20th nov 2014... which i have done successfully and my ecas also shows medicals received...

Sir now my question is that
1.does this mean all my documents that i have submitted have been verified and there is no chance of
me getting rejected for the following reasons

•health grounds – if their condition is likely to:
◦endanger public health or public safety, or
◦cause excessive demands on health or social services
•financial reasons – if they are unable or unwilling to support themselves and their family members
•misrepresentation, which includes providing false information or withholding information directly related to decisions made under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
•failure to comply with any provision of IRPA

but i can still be rejected due to the following reason even if my PCC is clear
•security reasons, including
◦espionage
◦subversion (attempts to overthrow a government, etc.)
◦violence or terrorism, or
◦membership in an organization involved in any of these
•human or international rights violations, including
◦war crimes
◦crimes against humanity
◦being a senior official in a government engaged in gross human rights violations or subject to international sanctions
•committing a serious crime that would be punishable by a maximum prison term of at least 10 years in Canad
•having been convicted of a crime, including driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol (see note 1)
•organized crime, including membership in an organization that takes part in organized criminal activity, people smuggling or money laundering

Plzzzzzzz help, I am very confused.

It is difficult to predict at this stage whether or not PPR would be sent by CIC or not but there's nothing to worry about Medical expiry as CIC would extend your Medical Examination for even a year. The extension would only be given if all other aspects i.e. Security/Background checks are cleared by CIC and only delay in issuing PPR was near date of Medical Exam expiry.
If your security/background checks are not over yet than you have to go through Re-Meds.

Don't take it that serious, Dear !! Soo far so good.
You need to check the status of your application on Ecas System which would give you an idea as to how's things are moving.

Well, I have the line of "Medical Results has been Received', yet CIC sent me a fairness letter asking me to respond in 60 days. From what I saw on my file, they add that line and send me a letter in the same time. I could not understand. It might be one of these two is wrong.

For anyone who have a fair idea of how these checks are done, I will like to make a clarification.

When the local visa office starts their background check, do they write to province of nomination for confirmation of nomination or they proceed to write schools, employers and confirm police report.

The basic reason for asking is that PNP timeline has been slow in recent time and was thinking that may the methodology of the check constitute the delay.

background checks are only for police and security agencies verifications whereever you lived since 18 year of age. and nothing to do with employers or PNP provinces. When Province nominated you then cic starts background checks otherwise not?

this is part of completing your application. it has nothing to do the next process which u have mentioned.
if medical is not clear, you file is not passed.
all other lines u mentioned are separate process nothing to do with completing of file. Yes still you are at safe side. One officer must have checked your documents and then issue medical, means posative good progress. but not necessarily that you have completed all steps.

if yes what information they asked about you for verification?

Also did they come for physical verification?
