till date no revert from NDVo pls sugget can i sent a query mail to ndvo regard this or wait

now 2.5 month passed

NDVO process is little different than LVO, therfore I will request u to wait for few weeks.
but u have to right to write VO anytime.

I am Federal skill worker,stuck in backgroud checks,Is that really a big deal??I don't think checking the Backgroud and all the security takes this much long???It's been 19 months for me after medical,during this 19 months they asked for updates and pcc,But I'm sure they all are expired either...and The visa office just saying that background check still ongoing??
what should we do?Is there any way to know why it takes so long??I got my GCSM twice and no clue in it!!no due date and all the important information was hided in it!Im going to apply for the new one and hope to get any respond...
Do You think I am going to hear anything soon???

when u will get your GCMS let me know I will read it for your and inform you your latast progress. in the meantime you can write them Case inquiry.

Only option you have is to wait, pray and keep hoping it is completed soon. No time frame is possible and nothing in your hands unfortunately

i was asked to submit pp,medical, fee on oct 18 ,which were submitted to NDVO in the month of november 2013. now i seek your views whether embassy had completed background checks before sending me a medical , fee, pp request or it is done after the submission of the docs ????

-we started processing your case on oct 5th
- medical results have been received

and it is in process. are the background and security checks underway as i haven't heard anything from the NDVO since then????

Hello friends need ur help recently I got refusal letter from cic based on misunderstanding. I did try my best to clear my stance but a famous saying first impression is the last specially for cic people they have imposed A40(2)a on me. Please guide whether I can appeal or not in case yes then to whom I will write my appeal and under which section with complete address further my processing office is London, UK.

which vo and when did u apply ? NDVO? i dont see any result soon as it has been nearly a year now for me as well. cant b on one leg for so long in the quest of decision. do i interpret it as a tentative negative outcome?

We applied to LVO, app received 20/01/2013 and PER granted 20/02/2013 with qualifying job offer. (AEO)

Now am confused, since I have renewed my passport as it was expired, I also have the old expired one. Can you suggest me should I say yes or no? As in my renewed passport, it has been mentioned that 'this passport has been issued in lieu of barriers previous passport number #######'
Please help me shall I say I have one or two passports?

Write them a note , something like I got my PP renewed & my
Expired PP no: XXXXXX ....... Renewed PP no: XXXXXX

Besides, state that old PP details are printed on PP bio page ( last page)...


It's not at all an issue
