Kindly help me in my issue.

Medicals Received --> 8 Nov 12
Medicals Done & sent to CHC NDVO Recvd by them --> 15 Dec 12
DD encashed --> 5 Jan 13

On 22 Feb 13 i received a letter(dated 14 Feb) from CHC NDVO asking to submit fresh PP for my son due to change in appearance.They gave me 30days & the period expires on 15 Mar. I am able to send them the new PP on 9 march.
Could urself pls advise how long will it take to get the final decision.

Around 3-5 months since meds. U could be receiving them anytime now.

I just checked my ecase status and found this extra line "Medical results have been received."

my medical received on 4th March 2013. Doest it means my medical passed?
and what are the next steps

Hello captain QORAX sir

its been 5 months that my processing has started officialy as discussed earlier so my question is that

can i send CSE to LVO to know whats going on with my file or shud i wait at this time & will send it leter

& sending any CSE to LVO leaves any bed impression or not, i havnt send any yet

as u mentioned in ur expert opinion that it takes 6 months (AVG ) so shud i send CSE after completing

6 months ,........?

U could send them a query now... it doesn't adversely affect ur case processing... Just that too frequent ones eats into their 'work' time.

Dear Qorex,

I received my GCMS notes today .I found they put my file put away, they removed all the status of security and the criminality is not started .the medical is passed .my question is why the criminality not started yet? why they hide the security ?does they mean their problem in my security issue?

If the MR Received line indicate that Medical as well as Security Checks both are cleared then why LVO taking two much time for sending PPR1(for Pakistanis). as i checked out many trackers....Many pakistani applicant received Medical Received line on ECAS but they still waiting from 6 months or some from a year........for PPR ....why this happen.....please explain it

It can happen... which is just an admin delay/overlook by their MIS cell.

B'coz of: Admin delay, different queue for transferee cases, the workload of ISB, case priority, quotas (sometimes) etc.

That means i recieved the third line in Ecase,
And hence,Medical and security check are over.
So what remaing of bachground check to delay me for 6 months and PPR not recieved???

Post meds, if the PPR doesn't come by 7 months... it's an indicator [usually] that u r stuck under security checks. Many get it in 3-months, few in 5.
