Dear Qorax
As you know that we have submit our full doc to Singapore on 7th feb 2010 & got 2AOR on 17th feb 2010. But till now our E-case status is received by visa office.
I have sent inquiry mail to visa office on July & they have replied a common word like "Your application is pending review. Please wait to hear from us." and then on September again send them a mail & they have replied "Your application is under review".
On November I have applied for CAIPS & got that on December- in that note BF'D mentioned 12-11-2012. And finally I have sent a inquiry mail to them on last week & in the same day again they have replied "Your application is pending review. Please wait to hear from us."

I don't understand what can I do now? You how wrried I am now......

I have applied FSW-2 In sep 2009 got file number in dec.2009 send full application to london visa office in feb 2010 got 2nd file number in march 2010 file goes in process in june 2010 got email from london visa officer in july 2010 that i am not satisfied with your ielts score L 5 R 5 W 4.5 S 6 Overall band score 5.0 if you have any other document which makes me satisfied.

In reply i have send him my all office correspondence paper to show him that our work totally in english, in other hand i send him new ielts registration.

After one month i got reply that you have to submit your new ielts score with in 60 days, after taking ielts test i got L 5 R 4.5 W 5.5 S 6.0 Overall band score 5.5 with two month english language training from british council.

also my employer in canada he send me covering letter that we don't have any problem with you level of english if we feel we will give you chance to up grade yourself in canada, what i do, i send this letter with new ielts score with two month english language coures to visa office london.

what do you think sir this will help or not my NOC is 2253 Drafting Technologist.

Exp. 21

Age 10

AEO 10

Adob. 09

Total points 78

As i know they need high ielts score no more 5.5 exist must be 6.5 or more so as per you experience what will happen? please help

I sent my documents to NEW DELHI OFFICE on 12th MAY 2010 & received the Acknowledgement on 17th May 2010.Since than my e-case status is showing'RBVO'.It's been 8 months now...when can I expect my e-case status to change from 'rbvo' to 'IN-Process'.Your suggestion will be highly appericiated

As soon as the 1st review is done on the case file - a month or so after the docs reach CPC, given it comes out-of-the queue.

It should've gone to 'in process' by now -- send them an email enquiry for 'case progress update'.

Thanks a lot qorax! New Delhi office has become very slow these days. They are doing it faster for all other cases, except spousal! My 1st review was done after 2 and half months or so after it came out of CPC-M. Was just having a doubt whether they l start background after my medicals is cleared. Looks like, its not the case. Thanku

They usually don't update these information.

Next update will be "Decision Made"

I have a question related to the second part of security/background check:

I'm a Saudi citizen...and wondering if my government would know about my immigration application when CIC starts checking on my background....... would they contact the Saudi govt. in ordert to make sure I'm a safe person with clean history?
