Dear sir qorax

Pls give me ur thoughts my visa office is singapore

finally received mr,ppr and rprf....

regarding my police clearnace they will give me dec 11 (after 10working days)

and dec 12 medicals will turn 2 weeks as per instruction

they ask me to wait 2 weeks before giving my passport in person or by courier..

is it possible to give me ryt away as they have not looked and receive my police clearnace in singapore yet...

or should i wait another more week before going embassy to have my passport stamped..

pls help

Yesterday , I recieved the request for Right of Permanent residence fees and Updated police certificates,
but I am not requested to do medicals.Is it possible?requesting to send the fees without doing medicals???

i need your opinion.. i was added to my husband's application after he got the visa. Medicals, PCC, Fees, Updated Imms were requested and submitted early July 2012. husband's med were expired on the 26th of September. but till now we didnt receive from them any information or updates.. the ecas status was changed from DM to IP on the 25th September.

how much time do you think for the whole thing to be finalized? we were just contacted on the 24th of september saying that in case my husband's medicals were expired they will try to renew it.

please advise

to clarify do i wait for 1month to be sure i passed the security clearnce.? OR have i already passed this stage

i was asked for MED,photo,RPRF,Background and PPR ...( please wait after 2weeks from medical to submit your passport) as per the letter

my med and PPR are asked together.. since i am not Citizen i am not able to get PCC until the embassy request. (i jst recently did)

dec 12 PCC will be personally submitted .. how long do i wait till i give my passport personally. i want to fly to singapore to have my passport stamped and not submit by courier...

my 60days from date of letter ends on (jan 5,2013)

It could take 3 months approx since u submit the PCCs.

Hi Qorax,

I have one complication in my case. I will really appreciate if you can answer to my this question. I got positive LMO in august 2011 and I filed my Permanent Residence Visa application in October 2011 at Buffalo (In CPP Ottawa now). I stopped working from the time I got LMO approval due to some company's problem. I did not pay any tax to the govt for past 1 year and now I am getting another LMO approval. Will this situation can create any trouble to my case processing? Can CIC reject my case on this behalf?? I have valid status till oct 2013. Please give advice. Thanks in advance.

Hi Qorax,

I have a question. My daugther who is 20 years old have no idea that shes a TYPE A on the type of dependents, she then filled out the DECLARATION OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION FORM sent by the CIC. The case is, only the dependent child who meet the TYPE B (22 yrs above) of the dependent types will fill up that form. Will there any problem on her application? or will they disregard that form because she's not a TYPE B anyway.

mine is also the same case, and i have already submitted Police Report + ROPR fees.

I am an applicants to Quebec Selected Worker, (I applied for PR after the buffalo's closure.)
Since Nov 1st, it showed on ecas "In Process". I assume they are now doing my background check. I haven't yet got the passport request. At the bottom, you could find my timeline.

1. Could any expert approximate for me when I would get the passport reqeust?

2. I realized that I made a mistake in the "Your Travel" form. (I included trip to my own country, although it mentions not to include) For my current situation, did they already review the form and it passed? Or will they review as a part of background check? Please let me know if you thinkthis can be a source of delay.

April 16th 2012 - Obtained my CSQ under PEQ
July 26th 2012 - ECAS shows that my application was received
Aug 23rd 2012 - Got an email from Nova Scotia that my PR Application is considered complete at will be sent to Visa Office
Aug 28th 2012 - Got an email from Ottawa asking me to perform Medical Test.
Sept 6th 2012 - Medical Exam performed (Clinic told me they mailed the results to Ottawa on the 1st of Oct)
Oct 27th - ECAS shows medical received
Nov 1st - In Process

Thank you for the reply. As far as I know none of the MI-1 who completed the medicals in June 2012 have got the passports back. (source: this forum only)

So, I guess all MI-1 who have done medicals in June 2012 can expect passports back next year only?

I m Feb 2010, applicant from Pakistan. submitted updated forms, Passport copies, RPRF, fresh police certificate, children pics on 2nd Nov '12 as desired by London VO, waiting for Medical. (1) back/checks are completed or not, secondly my son has 3 - 4 white spots on his skin like vitilego. Is it a medical risk or not ?
