I send them(CHC) an e -mail regarding my situation because my consultant is of opinion that we have contacted the DMP withen 30 days so it is fine so i had to mail them (CHC) all by myself(not through my consultant) and i mentioned full name,file # and DOB also.Is it OK????

Does that mean that security checks are completed and the file is waiting for the review or its just a routine reply

My visa office is Singapore.

I don,t heard anything from Singapor visa office.
My ecas shows"We received your application on ----/12/2011.

Could you say or advice something.

It could be either, CHCs r usually not candid with their replies on timeframe queries though, however given ur timeline it's likely that u'd make it before ur meds expire.

Pls give it some time... let ur IO work on it. Around 3-5 months from ----/12/2011 u should expect something... which means anytime now!

I wasn't responding b'coz 1)ur post is lengthy, needs time to read; 2)I'm not sure of many things w.r.t. Ur case.

1. No, I don't think so.
2. No. It suggests that ur b/g checks r over. Security would be dealt after med results.
3. Their letter specifies which all PCCs u need to submit.
4. If it states UK PCC, u'll have to submit that as well, irrespective of ur having sent it earlier.
5. RFV = Ready For Visa. Ur IO has asked someone(?) to Xcheck ur file & advice.

Dear QORAX

Sir,
I got some advise from you last week regards my delayed CEC case , just to refresh your memory , my CEC application stuck on background check in BUFFALO office since 9 months ago ( Right after medical ) and it is 19 months since I filed the application .

The question is :

How often should I send BUFFALO follow up email ?
I am afraid sending them follow-up , cause more delay.
2 months ago I sent them " Case Specific Inquiry " and they replied : Waiting For Background Check . Is it a good idea to shoot them the second one next week ?
