This is a std reply to all the Isb-Ldn transferee cases. London today is overwhelmed with 'double' processing tasks... while the staff strength remain the same, if not marginally increased with local hires. That sure is taking a beating to one-&-all. Both categories have their separate queues... with the 'original' London applicants taking a priority [I'd not call it preference though].

Besides, u seem to be a BC applicant [Business / Investor Class]... that has its own connotations & currently takes the longest time under any VO... London notwithstanding.

It is clear that how unjustifiably they (CIC London) are processing our cases (transferee cases ) inspite of the fact that this transfer was not the applicants (effected) requirement.

I am a Manila FSW 2(AEO) applicant currently working here in Canada. I am May 2011 applicant, done the medical last sept and according to my ecas shows Medical Results Received last october 27, 2011. Until now waiting for PPR from my VO and a liitle bit worried why it takes a little bit longer than those some of the applicants on MAy, there are actually 2 May applicants who got their visa already last October and they are under FSW1. Could I ask some sort of enlightenment you know why until now i havent received PPR yet. i believe you have a broad ideas regarding immigration issues and i trust of your inputs.Thank you very much. It is likely to be issued to u around mid-Jan 2012.

Stage-3: Meds Sent > e-Cas: "Medical Results Recd." > Issue of PPR* > Send Passport/s > Security Check > Visa/s Stamped > e-Cas: "Decision Made"

the step after medical results is issue of ppr or passport req. as I understand ? so the security check will happen after sending passport or after medical exam .??
and second think the vo will check the police certificate with the country who issue the p.c or only the originality of the paper ?

1. Some portions of the security checks remain for want of the original pps. It otherwise commences after meds.
2. ReConfirming the PCCs depends on the veracity of the doc/s. It may/it may not be X-verified.

I have main confusion.
please help me .
My wife is architect and me is civil engineer.
she passed her graduation august 2010 but she joined architect company from December 2009 and still working in the same company.
Here is one point , passing time of graduation comes after joining time of company... actually reason is that , in last term of final year, there was only one officially cousre, she went to attend the classes of this course for two days per week, the classes of this course was finalized in novemver 2009. from december 2009, she was totally free for six days per week including sunday. during this period ,she had to attend only day for thesis project. so she applied for job , she got it on her ability by just showing her resume and mark sheets of each terms ( from 1st to 9th term , total terms of this degree are 10 in architect degree, becoz this is five year bachelor degree program). she took exam for only one course in april 2010 , that was for one day exams,..... after that she passed and got result of last 10th term of degree on august 2010, ........that was whole story.....now i am in fix , architect is in the MI3 list , she took exams for ielts , she got 10 points from the ielts,
total point are like below:
01-graduation: 20
02-IELTS: 10
03-age: 10
04- adability: 05 ( her husband brother is living in canada on immigration basis)
05- Her husband has master degree: 5
06- experience : 17 ( for two years) but there is little confusion for two years, which i stated above..will it be problem if passing time of graduation comes after joining time of working compnay... she has also expericnce certificate along with other documents like contracts, pay slips, salary certificate since december 2009 to up date..
please help for this issue...

Generally speaking any score lesser than 6 or 6.5 in the IELTS is Dangerous. VOs do get perturbed with that & might look at it adversely. That's your situation currently.

Yes, those letters of your prospective Canadian employer would help, but taking admission in another batch of IELTS is advisable. U may apply for it & send it's receipt copy alongwith that AEO Questionnaire - that'd be a wise thing to do.

Yes, that's a below borderline score... Dangerous.
