do anyone knows if the sponsor goes through background check b4 approval letter or it is done while ur family application is processing PMM do u know

Sponsor background check is usually done before you are approved for sponsorship. It's only checking for criminal stuff. I'm not even sure if they even do that, but wouldn't be surprised if they do.
 
tnks u parker24 was just wondering bcuz i got approved in 2 months im in other eligible relative so may be we can make a thread
 
Yes they do a criminal record check on the sponsor before they approve them :)
 
do they do any other check like to make sure u are connect to the person sponsoring or if u have any other relatives in canada i know mine is fine but i read where someone got rejected later because they said she have a son and it was not true according to her

no they do not do that.....they assume you told the truth in the sponsorship and if it comes to light you did not then you risk your whole application
 
tnks very much mine is ok my parents are deceased and i do not have any kids or relatives here i depend on friedns so i decided to do this i think this programme only opens about 5 or 6 years ago not sure
