Oh, and I also got a call from the embassy 10 days ago asking me for more proofs about our relationship. Is it a good sign guys? Thank you...

Sounds V GOOD sign. BGC usually comes after interview. If after viewing your docs U sent they started a BGC ; it should be a good sign. I read very many places that BGC comes after interview. Looks like interview is waived here. BUT again no one can tell how they work !

our background check was in process for 8 months... there was absolute silence.. no one can say how long it will be unfortunately, as each application is different and the time will vary greatly from app to app depending on the person and their history. i suggest reviewing your local thread and review for timelines...

It takes 30+ days for GCMS notes to reach you by e-mail. Cost is $5 only . Need to download a form have the applicant sign in ink, upload with payment. At least you will know what is going on so far?!!

It took few minutes to order. Does not matter outland or inland. IF out of Canada you needa credit card or something. Better ask your sponsor to order those.
