BackGround check - Not Applicable

Hi there, Last week status of my Background check is moved to 'Not Applicable'. I heard that means Background check is passed so what is the next step? Is it Passport Request, if yes, when i could possibly receive?

It will most likely go to 'In Progress' a second time, then PPR right after that. From my experience and that of others, this change could happen in 2-3 weeks or less if lucky.
