background check- Not applicable since 2 june 2017. can someone here help me, what is next scenario be ?

Hey can you please tell me whats a progress on file . Mine says background check not applicable from one month

My timeline is almost the same as yours. Medical passed April 14th
Additional doc req-May24th
Add doc submitted May 25th
Application is in progress, docs are being reviewed, bc is in progress
Hopefully we are getting PPR by the end of June 2017

yes dear my file is still in process and its in background checking phase from last 4 months i was applied on 16th of may and bio metrics done on 18th of may 2017 so after this there in no decision from embassy, still in process even they are not refusing my application or not granting visa

Are you inland CEC? My AOR is in Aug 20. MEP Sep 5, No add doc req Sep 26. I've we are processing your BCG since Sep 5.

Hate to play spoil sport, but it has only been a month and half for you since you submitted your file. The average currently for CEC inland applicants is 3 to 4 months for PPR. CIC has started to pickup pace since late September on PPR's for CEC applicants and we should see better processing times soon. FSW is still seeing a faster processing time, are you CEC or FSW ?

Emailed CPC Ottawa and they replied "we verified the information you provided and are pleased to inform you that everything appears to be in order with your application. It is still within the regular processing times"

I am cec inland, AOR Aug 20th.

Any comments on that?

I applied my File on 17 of April almost like you. Still on Background check thing.
Under progress.

Hii my background check status change to we are processing ur background check from not applicable on tuesday .
But next day no dm and now waiting for dm and ppr.

Hi guys, I know I'm a little late to comment on this thread. But wanted to check with you a few you guys a few things.

Since AOR

All rows mentioned as "In Progress"

Few days later, an update said "Medicals Passed" and all other rows said "In Progress"

Another few days later, an update said that Background Check - "Not required"

What does it mean?

1) Background Check has been completed or is it under process or yet to start
2) R10 is completed
3) What stage is the applicantion at?

Can someone please guide me

First, Let me add to my time line an additional document (NOA, 2016) request on 12th of September. Then in early October my case was transferred to NY VO in USA, and at the end of October I got my PPR. After having sent my passport and getting it stamped, my background went to "complete" Till then it was in process
