My timeline is as following:

FSW Inland + 2 dependents

ITA: 26.10.2022

AOR: 22.12.2022

Request of additional documents 1(Schedule A + CV): 10.03.2013

Reached out my MP: 22.06.2023

Request of additional documents 2(Military records): 17.07.2023

Background check In Progress: 08.08.2023

Medical exam results automatically extended: 07.12.2023

Criminality and Informational: passed

Security(most probably enhanced) - started 08.08.2023

Eligibility Passed: 27.12.2023

Background checks changed to Not Applicable in the GCKey portal. 27.12.2023

I read that this status for Background check usually means that the check is finished, but has someone faced it with the enhanced security check? Does it mean the same or it can be some particular part of security screening finished and I just have a false hopes here?

You need to get CBSA/GCMS notes to say that you are in SS. You could otherwise end up worrying for no reason. Those notes will get you more clarity.

I requested them about a week ago.

But some hints I can read even without them:

1. the background processing time
2. 2 ADR requests
3. Military record request
4. My citizenship is popular choice for enhanced security check.

Perfect that you already requested your notes. Let's see what they say, hopefully you are just waiting to be processed and not in SS. Best of luck!

The status in GCKey is meaningless. When was your AOR? What does your PR tracker say?

Im may 2023 applicabt everything is completed for me received my pre arrivals n medicals done. In tracker all completed just background shows in progress

By December 8th everything was completed except for background check.bckground check in progress since july

Call IRCC and ask what parts of background check are in progress. See if they say your security is done. If so, it will be a waiting game. If security is in progress, file CBSA notes to see if you are in enhanced security check.

can take a year or more. But don't worry about it unless you specifically know that you are in comprehensive security screening.

You are NOT in comprehensive security screening unless you know for sure. Call IRCC tomorrow, file CBSA notes. Once it is confirmed that you are in security screening, let's worry about it after that.
