I applied for Canadian citizenship along with my wife and kids in September 2023. Everything has been completed for all of us except my wife's background check, which is still in progress. I’ve called numerous times, submitted web forms, and requested GCMS notes, but nothing has worked.

Their response is always that the background check is with a third party, and we have to wait until it’s finished. I eventually decided to separate my application and my kids’ from my wife’s, and we completed our oath last month. However, my wife is still stuck in the background check process. What should I do?
