Background check in progress for 3 months

Hello,
I applied under atlantic pilot program for pr in August 2020 which completed 1 year already since submission. This app should have processed in 6 months but due to covid delayed. Now its been 3 months since eligibility and medical passed and it is stuck in criminality check. Security check didn't started since criminality haven't completed. Anyone else have this issue? Did anyone had this issue resolved? Please help me with this.Many people submitted after me received their pr except me. Please advise what should I do next.

medical passed may 2021
eligibilty passed may 2021
criminality under processing
security not started(according to customer service rep security only starts once criminality passed)
my app is stuck on this stuff. I have provided all police clearance paperwork and I have no criminal record at all
