Hi, I just got today the activity status updated background verification is completed, I do not know what is the next step, did you get something more after that? I sent my application on July 15 this year, I will appreciate your answer

Oct 12 Eligibility completed
Dec 15 Background verification completed
My application was submitted inside Canada, I am not sure what is the next step

how do you know it started that day? Is that the date your tracker showed in progress for background check?
I am sorry for the confusion. Actually the last update was: "Eligibility status has been updated to Completed" on Oct 11, 2023, and Background Verification has been showing in progress.

Next step is your gckey showing a "Final Decision: *date*" update followed by COPR details on your PR tracker the subsequent day. After that you can expect the portal information request email 1 and 2 followed by eCOPR
