Background Check changed... What Next?

Hello People,

So after about 3months plus of no visible activity in my PR application, my Background Check changed from "Not need at this time' to "IN progress".

Please I would like to know how long it takes for the next email to drop into my inbox, because I have read on this forum that when it changes to "IN PROGRESS", it means they have finalized the application.

Please people with experience on this, how many days interval was it before the next email requesting to submit passport.

My Timeline is:

ITA.... January 13th, 2016
PR application submitted... Feb 01, 2016
AOR ..... Feb 01, 2016
Medical Passed.... Feb 05, 2016
Other document request.... Feb 16, 2016
Background check changed from (In progress to not Needed).... March 05, 2016
Background Check changed to (In Progress) ..... July 7, 2016

No one can give you an exact number of days to wait before PPR. It is up to CIC and their procedures.
Usually it is 1-2 weeks, but may take longer.

And why create a separate topic just for this one question? Can't this be asked in a February thread, if asked at all? Everybody posting the same questions all the time :-X

My background also changed back to "In progress" for a month, no email or message from CIC yet.
I have no idea how much time still they took, check my time line just in case ;D
