It has been 2 months since status of my application: 'background check' and 'eligibility review' is 'In Progress'.

How long do they really take in doing so?

when should i expect their response?

It took exactly 3 months for my Background check to change to 'not needed at this time'. It is summer, give them time.

My bg check 1st time went to in progress on 15th june then in 10 days changed to not need needed at this time.. and now second time got changed to in progress on last week...!!
