Sir I completed by BTech in engineering from 2016 to 2019 . And I had 19 back logs which are repeated nos and without calculating the repatetion I had 9 back logs .So can I able to get admission in any course in Canada. In ms or in diploma course.

Yes u can get addmission in colleges ..now try to score good in ielts

search this forum and you will see students who had 12-18 backlogs also got the study permit.But your SOP has to be very strong.

i highly doubt so

assuming you did a 4 year degree thats 8 terms

you failed more than 2 courses per term or more than 1 per term excluding the repeats

that is a very clear sign of poor academic ability. even if a decent canadian university were to accept you for some reason the visa official will be wondering about your true intention for trying to come to canada and ability to cope if it really was to study
Ok so any other method to come in Canada

With the level of education you have right now, you cant apply for PR. Plenty of options but study permit is the one that you should be trying right now.

Not like that iam checking whic one is suitable for me and first cousin is studying in Ontario
