My husband is having a military background here in Cameroon. We've completed our file for the express entry application. Since August he was asked to give details of his military service, which he did. Till present day we have no response(background check). What are the implications in my file?

Nothing to worry about. Just call IRCC and ask about where you application is at when it comes to background check. Ask about sub stages like criminality, security, etc and see which ones are completed or in progress or not started yet.
