Is it eligible to travel then return to Canada in this situation? A foreign worker applied within Canada, the work permit approved but waiting to get it by mail. Currently just got approval notice online. Should I change receiving address to recieve it in port entry if traveled? Can a friend recieve the work permit then mail it to me?

Im on thesame boat..are you able to tavel outside canada?...because I'm planning to travel from canada to the the Philippines right now due to family emergency...
