Bachelors provisional certificate

Dear all,

I got invitation to apply for PR in the latest draw.
My concern is that i dont have my bachelors degree final certificate in hand. I only have my provisional certificate, WES evaluation was also based on this and got evaluated as 3 years bachelors.

Please advice if the final degree certificate is mandatory while uploading supporting documents.
