how many points 5 yers Bachelor's degree with ECA can i get for skilled worker points, 22 or 23?

I think you will get 21 points as it is a single Degree and more than 1.

Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a program of three years or longer, or equalFootnote 2 21 points

If I also got a master degree, do I get 50 counted as 2 more degrees?

I have three years of certificate level of nursing and two years of bachelor in nursing degree, with this I have fifteen years of education in total after class ten, based on this Can I get 21 points for equivalent degree to Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a program of three years or longer, or equal.
