Bachelors Degree and Work Experiance for Express Entry

HI

I have a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.COM) which consists of Accounting, Business Law, Company Law, Statistics, Economic's. however my work experience for the past 13 years has been in Sales , for the past 8 years i have been in Managerial Roles - 5 Years Sales Manager and 3 years as Territory Manager/Regional Sales Manager/Business Area Manager. I have not worked as an Accountant in my career, does this affect my express entry application or is B.COM also considered as a Degree in line with Sales as a profession.

No not at all, such ailments do not affect your medical. Until and unless you have an infectious disease or some other serious condition , you are not termed medically unfit. Do not worry and go ahead, but do mention your conditions to the doctor who will be taking your medical. Good luck.
