Bachelor's and 2 masters equivalence issue

Hi,
I am struggling to find a thread discussing this problem but couldn't find one.
I have following degrees:
*Bachelor's in Arts (Regular from HPU, Simla)
*Master's in Arts(English, Regular from Panjab University)
*MBA(Distance learning, Panjab University USOL)
But wes gave me Bachelor's degree 4 yeaes and 2 Post secondary diplomas.
M not sure if they could revise it to reduce the bachelor's of 3 years and a masters.
Can someone help me how to achieve Master?
