Hi everyone,
I know that no one here will have a definitive answer, but I would still like to get your opinion. I am originally from Germany, and I just got my bachelor’s in the U.S. in December. I am now working here until I can hopefully start my master’s in Canada.
I know that showing ties to someone’s home country is extremely important. While I don’t want to stay in Canada after my master’s (100% sure), I am very worried that I might get my visa denied because I have been away from Germany for so long. I have read a couple of cases where this was the reason for a denial. Is there anyone here who has the issue issue or has an answer to this? Do you think it will be an issue? My sponsors are my dad and my sister, and I think I described really well why I would like to pursue an international education (plus the institution where I got my bachelor’s degree from is officially not accepted in Germany, that’s why I need to get a higher degree from an accredited institution).
Thanks so much!
