Send them an email let them know about the situation. If you have a spouse the doctor should have noted the pregnancy in the report. Any way send them an email the will then let you know what to do.
You will probably have to send the birth certificate, the fees and Pictures of your baby.

abeni..............i guess this person got pregnant well after the medicals was done? Because in some countries, the CHC delays so much in getting back to the applicant after the medicals have ben done -sometimes well over a year.

I think the person who has the baby should just send the CHC information about the chnaged circumstances (but this may further delay the process). Better still, the person can wait to get request for submission of passport. Then along with the passport, send a certified cheque for the new born's processing fee,the birth certificate & baby's passport (if available).

This might make the process shorter. I STAND TO BE CORRECTED THOUGH.

But sometimes, it's good to wait to hear from the CHC before bombarding them with updated information.
