I'm currently in Canada working as a temporary foreign worker, I'm ready to file my application as a FSW Cat 2, but also my wife is pregnant and she is in the last weeks (days of the pregnancy). Is it fair to send the application before the baby is born and include a letter explaining that the baby will be born in few days? I know I can include him/her later in my application, my doubt is if is OK to file the application now or if it's better to wait, if I wait everything will be delayed some months until I get the passport and birth certificate..

Any comment?

i dont see a problem to be in the line. just start your process and include when the new1 comes.

Hi wilbur,

I agree with mis! you can go ahead and start filing ur application.no need to mention that the baby will be born in few days.Once the baby is born, update them with necessary supporting documents.

All the Best!
