I HAVE A FEW QUERIES REGARDING NEW BORN BABIES:

1. IF A CHILD IS BORN IN CANADA, PARENTS HAVING PR VISA, WILL THE CHILD BE A CANADIAN CITIZEN?

2. IF SPOUSE IS PREGNANT IN INDIA OR OTHER COUNTRY OTHER THAN CANADA, CAN SHE DELIVER IN CANADA?

3. WHICH MONTH OF PREGNANCY IS SAFE FOR TRAVELING AND WILL OFFICIALS ALLOW SPOUSE TO TRAVEL IN FLIGHT?

4. IS THERE A TAX BENEFIT IN CANADA IF A FAMILY HAS THREE SMALL CHILDREN?

1. The status of the child will be the same as parents - in this case Permanent Residence
2. Yes, she can deliver in canada and for that matter in any country- laws on citizenship differ
3. Itr is said that it is safe to travel until 8th month and in the 9th month with doctor's permission and written certificate. The airline also makes assessment and can (in rare circumstances) can disallow a passanger from travelling. Obviously your doctor's assessment is the most important.

With approx 23 weeks left... you should get the visa before the baby is born...
If the baby is born in Canada, you'll have to get the baby registered there, if in your home country, you'd have to do the same here- after baby's medicals (which are not really much)

I am very worried. Can you you tell me I have heard that CHC Hold the Application till the baby born. SO Is there any Specific Instructions

I am sorry Sam, I am not 100% sure on the process followed by CHC... Anyways they proceed on a case to case basis.
My responses were from what I had learnt from some earlier posts in this forum, I'll try and find them and send you the link if I can..

As per DMP Handbook. They Only Mention if there is any incompleted medical then it might Delay the Immigration process. What does it mean????

If a baby is born in Canada, he/she will be a canadian citizen by birth and not a Canadian PR as mentioned by some one before. Travelling during pragnency will depend upon your doctor and your health. Some doctors do not allow air travel at all, some say it is safe till 28th week of pragnency. Please see the link below:
