Baby born in Canada Travelling to usa - What documents are needed? Please reply.

Hi,

Baby born in Canada travelling to usa. Parents are not Canadians or US citizens. But have valid visa to usa.
A Canadian passport or birth certificate is sufficient or anything else is needed for the baby to travel?
Could you please provide information if anything else is needed?

A baby born in Canada is a Canadian citizen. Hence, you are advised to present his/her Canadian passport, along with that wailing baby to the US CBP officer at the border. After due inspection, the US CBP officer will return his/her Canadian passport and the wailing baby back to you. Provided you too are cleared by CBP for admission into the US, you could proceed with your onward journey.
