Hi,

We've been invited to apply for CEC. We have a baby born in Canada whilst on a temp work visa and temp resident visa (but baby has no passport), we are British citizens. Do I include them on my application?

Thanks!

No, If the baby was born in Canada then you don't need to include he or she in the application.
Same situation here.. If we dont include, getting another question while filling out baby details like "why he is not accompanying you".. not sure what to do in this situation.. please guide me..

In your family information form you should list the baby and indicate the baby is born in Canada, that's enough.

I’m having same matter. My baby was born in Canada while I’m holding work-permit. I have claimed him in the application, should I edit the answer to exclude him in the file, then? Thanks so much
