hi all,

I managed to get a letter from my employer in an official letter head with all the information required. When I printed the letter for him to sign, it was black and white. Apparently, the company just adopted a new policy that all printed docs should be in black and white to reduce cost. Would that be an issue?

It should be fine, do you have this policy documented which you can attach along just to back up your reference letter ?

Even the letterhead is black and white?

No, there is no documentation for this policy
Then go with what you have...
I can also suggest you to include employment letter/joining letter and some pay slips (first 3 months & last 3 months) to make the work experience look comprehensive(although it is not mandatory to provide these documents as such)
