B.Com/University of Mumbai transcripts to WES

Has anyone sent BCom transcripts to WES for evaluation. Per the note below WES is asking third year transcripts to be attested by University of Mumbai. However, University of mumbai won't attest my third year transcripts as the transcripts are issued by my college. Please advise. Thanks.

(WES note: For the degrees listed above, you may submit marks sheets that have been issued and attested by the college you attended for the first two years of study. Marks sheets for the third year must be issued and attested by the University of Mumbai. For all other degrees earned through the University of Mumbai, marks sheets for all years of study must be issued and attested by the university or the autonomous college you attended.)

I am also seeking advice on the above. First two years from college and third year from Mumbai University ( commerce). Kindly somebody advise how to get it done.

Hello there,

Although I am not directly knowing the structure of B.Com structure of Mumbai University BUT since I too comes under similar WES criteria as I did Bachelor Of Engineering from Mumbai University and for me - the thing I have to follow is Semester 1, 2, 7, 8, Convocation degree certificate to be attested by Mumbai University and Semester 3, 4, 5, 6 attested by College (under Mumbai University from which I passed out).

The same goes for B.Com - say if the first two years of your degree was conducted by College and the marksheets too issued by your College itself (under MU), then they need to be attested by College itself and the final year marksheet by University as it is issued by MU itself.
