I landed 5 weeks ago so am awaiting my BC Driver's Licence. I currently have a paper interim licence which I can renew without a problem if I don't get my PR card first.
I am travelling to the UK at the beginning of March and need to rent a vehicle while I'm there. Can I do this with an interim licence only?
