Awaiting passports sent for visa stamping

Dear Senior members,

It has been 60 days since I have sent my passport and that of my family's' to CHC UK for visa stamping as I applied from Dubai and I am originally from Pakistan but I am still awaiting passports .

I understand that delay maybe because of Christmas and New Year but I have seen last week Tuesday from CIC website that decision is already made on my case. How long it takes for the passports to be sent from CHC ?
