Awaiting Oath Ceremony.

Good Afternoon

I'm originally from England, I came to Calgary in 2012, after many years of getting PR i finally got an invite last Feb to write my citizenship test.

I wrote my test and passed on Feb 14 2020, after speaking to the agent after about my citizenship he said that my security clearance needed to go through, he said its merely a formality and shouldn't take too long to wait and here about my oath ceremony.

Obviously a couple of weeks after that the world went to poop with Covid and i'm just waiting im limbo right now to see if i get a virtual ceremony,

Anyone pass their citizenship test around the same time and still waiting to here?

Please check the trackers in my signature. That'll give you some idea of how things are going.

Also, if it has been that long, I would STRONGLY recommend that you order GCMS notes. There is no guarantee but sometimes, it gets the ball rolling and it can't hurt to try. There is no cost to order notes under the Privacy act.

Yes sir i am in the same situation ... i passed the exam february 5th and nothing yet ... i have called so many times and they keep saying i have to wait. Its sad tbh how they dont want to move at all
