Awaiting ITA and further steps

I am awaiting ITA with score of 436. Hope I should be getting it soon. My spouse is the primary applicant and she is expecting. We are 3 members including spouse currently Iinked to this profile and just want to understand if we update our profile to reflect the new member or is this to be considered only after delivery so that baby is out and fine. Since the proof of funds changes accordingly should we continue with 3 and later update for the new born.If in case I get my invitation at this point of time how do we proceed with it.I did come across few threads that during medical test doctor does'nt allow for Chest x-ray as this is not allowed during pregnancy. So we would finish all the other requirement and let CIC know about this and continue the medical after delivery. Until then our application will be put on hold.Please throw some clarity on this.

You need to wait until the day of birth, remember a passport number is needed. So you need the baby then process its passport
