Awaiting for online visitor visa application submitted on 20th March 2018

Hi,

I had applied for visitor visa online for my parents in India on 20th March 2018. I havent got any response yet. Can someone confirm if there is any customer care number available to track the status of application. The online portal still shows the old status that application is under processing. I am nervous about the outcome.

U can contact...the embassy office in Delhi...just google the contact of Canadian embassy New Delhi and you will get it.....but I am not sure if you will get right answer from the lady at reception coz she is not the visa officer.....

I have applied too for my parents and sister on 24 March online Application but no reponse yet. Please let me know if you hear back anything from them. I will contact Delhi office this coming week to check for any update.
