I got my passport request on April 1,2013 and replied with my passport on April 14,2013. Website says decision made. I've still not received my passport. I would appreciate if someone could advice me.

CPP-Ottawa? Some people waited for only 10 days to get their passports back, but there are cases where people who sent their passports early FEBRUARY just got their passports back last week. I sent my passport on April 17, they received it on April 18, and have not heard anything back either
CPP Ottawa received my passport on April 16. I paid through credit card. My money got debited in 2 days. Fingers crossed
