Awaiting for medical to update on my Visa File

It's been more than 1 month now, I'm awaiting my medical to update on the IRCC portal. I have gave my Medical test on 18th February and it had been sent to IRCC on 27th February ( checked from the hospital).
As per my research, Medical Test usually take 1 month to get updated on the IRCC portal. Unfortunately, I'm seeing no light of hope. Is there anyone who can help me out here with a "HOPE of Assistance"?

Did they ask you to do the medical or you did it up-front?
