here's the urgent and unbiased response..

"they" as in ??
- what did you understand from the mail which you received from your canadian consultant in Nov. ?
- did your consultant ask you to send the Transcript (alone) by post to CIC Sydney or did they ask you to send it to themselves ?

The way it works is ... if you miss sending the Transcript along with ECA during initial submission then CIO will 'return' the entire application as "
deemed incomplete" (Refer to 'Document checklist' and Guidelines- "). As per my understanding your Application was returned in Nov itself (entire documents 'as-is') 'To' your Lawyer in Canada. The next thing you/lawyer were supposed to do is to send a new Application - complete in all aspects on standalone basis which you didn't do. The transcripts (alone) which you sent to CIC on 27/11/2104 will also be returned by CIC in due course of time (reason: no record found of initial submission -- as they have already returned your Appln).
Your Consultant must be familiar with 'Document checklist' and the basic process of how CIC works.

If you attach the Lawyer's receipt with your Application to CIC how will CIC recover the money ??
and without the File number how/ where will CIC account the Visa fee dear ?
Does the Applications forwarded by grossly overpaid consultants to CIC get any privileged processing from CIC ?
It seems you're being ripped off (or 'raped') incessantly by your so called consultant 8)
FYI- Applications which are received at CIO till Dec 31 2014 and 'Complete' in all aspects and 'pending' will continue to be processed under the FSW 2014 criteria in 2015 as well. From Jan 2015 the Express Entry 2015 program will take avtar and FSW et al will cease to exist.

(P. S.- Pls edit your NOC on title (thread) .. you applied under Financial auditors and accountants which is NOC 1111 and NOT 1112. Note: NOC 1112 was capped by ~ July 20 or so)

I used canada post and i got the tracking number etc.. My question: will cic go back to my file immediately or how does it work? Also , will all applicants for 2014 be reviewed come Jan 2015.
