AVR while pending H1B transfer

Hi experts and friends,

this is regarding AVR rule , my visa h1b expired in 2018 and I have I747 approval (I-94) until Dec 2020.

I think I can use the AVR for soft landing .

However I have few my questions -
1. i have one H1B transfer pending (new employer it may go in RFE) !! Does it will creating any problem while entering back to USA using AVR?

2. I have filled DS160 , just to check the appointment dates in canada but I did not took the appointment (nor made the payment ) does it will create any problem for AVR ? (Hope just filling DS160 is considered as Visa pending )

Experts please help here !!

How did your AVR go. I am in same boat.

DS-160 you can ignore as long as you have not made the payment

Thanks much for the reply. How long was your h1b valid when you entered USA and was Your h1b still pending during your visits.
