Avg work permit processing time for temporary work visa-India

Hi guys,

Although did not reach the position where I can apply for work permit, would like to know processing time at present.
Noc - 2174
Province - BC
Country I would submit in - Delhi(India)
I employer said 2months. But would like to know the trend now...
Also, kindly copy/paste any threads that are running on this topic.

Hi, Normal processing time is around 3 - 4 months, I applied on Dec 16th 2013 via VFS Chennai & got my Medical request only by last week. Again it depends on case by case, i have see few ppl got the medical request in 30 days. All the best

Company in Canada hired me & they processed LMO for me. Now medical done & waiting for VISA. What is SOWP ?
