how much total time will CIC have take in release AOR

I called CIC call center again today (from within canada) to confirm the time of processing my application they answered me literally :

we recieved your application on june 8, and we started processing your application on june 29, and it takes 10 weeks from the date we started processing your application and not the the date of reciept, then he siad in your case you will recieve the letter on september 8. (3 months exactly from the date which they recieved my application).

yes it takes so long these days at the CIO, am sure that immigration canada will change that system soon in regard to send applications from FSW around the world to the very small immigration center in sydney nova scotia because CIO department has a lack of human resources (employees) to be able to process the huge amount of applications which they recieve form applicants around the world, because this way is not going to work properly according to the new promise of immigration canada to process FSW applications from 6 to 12 months.

I think CIO idea is just to hold the new FSW applications for a while on the CIO to give an opportunity to the local visa offices to get rid of the backlog of applications recieved previously under the name of (eligibility review )!!! because CIO is already unable to check the real eligibility for category 1 without documents, they are only able to check category 2 and 3 because both of them must send their eligibility documents such as; study, work permits, arranged employment offer approved by the HRSDC. that is it. but for category 1 it is really pointless waste of time and efforts.

CIO is a very bad idea and am sure that they are going to modify the system soon it is just a transition stage.

PMM wil have the right answer to this... dialing PMM...
