Average time for Citizenship if application from Quebec, Ontario

Hi,
Would anyone know about the average time required for a Citizenship application , from Quebec and Ontario provinces. Just an estimate would be enough. I am intending to start mine soon as well as my friend.

12 months to Decision Made. As per official IRCC timelines. May be faster or slower.
Time tends to be shorter in less populous provinces, but no guarantee.

Oath is listed as normally within 3 months of DM. So 12+3 = 15 months from application received, which is normally two days from sending it if you use express tracked post.
