dear senior members

i got in process since 1 june 2015 after 10.5 mths and as requested did remedicals and xrays again as requested now i whould like to know if my wife gets pregnant before decision made and PPR whether we have to declare to newdelhi about last moment pregnancy or not required as remedical had been done and application in process .

2. i want to know why newdelhi is taking 1-4 months for converting inprocess to decision made status and whether is there any chance of rejection or long delay OR INTERVIEW after in process as some spousal newdelhi applicants are in process even since jan 2015

our PCC and remdeicals are clear and there is no travel history now then why there is delay pl reply my 2 queries

thanks in advances

You do not need to inform CIC if your wife becomes pregnant. You do need to inform CIC when the baby is born IF your wife hasn't already landed as PR in Canada (I see she is still living in India).

From looking at the new delhi spread sheet it looks normal for it to take anywhere form a week to 1.5 months to change from in process to decision made. Your just going to be patient. There is no rhyme or reason for us to figure why CIC does what it does, or takes as long as they take.....they just do. And unfortunately we must wait it out. Your application only went in process 10 days ago so it is not like yours is taking abnormally longer then the rest of applicants from when you applied.

There is always a chance of rejection or interview until a COPR/visa has been issued.

New Dehli's processing times is listed as 16 months, so your still under the average with it only have been 10 months.

I know its hard, but try and relax, it will happen.
