Average EOR processing time in Ottawa

Submitted my EOR at Algonquin College on 16 Feb and found out my credit card was charged on 23 Feb. The staff there told me that the lead time is about 8 weeks since my answer sheet will be sent to Australia. Plus the mailing period the overall processing time would be even longer.
So I just wonder if it always takes about 8 weeks for the EOR. Does anyone here has ever tried EOR and how long was your EOR processing time (and did your score go higher? )

Got it back last week. So it took about 8-9 weeks. Unfortunately my score didn't change. Writing stays at 6.5
